Notice is hereby given that the Annual Parish Meeting will take place before the Ordinary Meeting on Monday 20^th April 2026, at 6.30pm with an open forum to get opinions in a public meeting on what residents wish / want from their Parish Council in the next 12-24 months.    Also, an opportunity to give current progress on HWPC’s Neighbourhood Plan.   

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Ordinary Meeting of the Parish Council for Heworth Without Parish Council is scheduled for Monday 20th April 2026 to take place at 7pm at Heworth Without Community Centre, 38 Applecroft Road, Heworth, York.   An agenda is posted below 6 days before the meeting.

Meetings commence at 7pm. The first part of the meeting is open to residents who may raise issues or ask questions. Residents should be aware that the Parish Council Meeting is a public meeting for which minutes are produced and published. Members of the public are welcome to join but are unable to intervene or comment in the actual business of the council meeting.
