HWPC Christmas Festival -Saturday 6th December 2025 - FREE Meet Santa
Sessions between 13.00 - 16.00 - Each slot is 25 minutes long (shared session with other families).
Should you require a quieter SEN session please email the Clerk on clerk@heworthwithoutparishcouncil.gov.uk and this can be arranged between 15.30 - 16.00 (subject to availability).
What to expect
Come join us at the HWPC's Christmas Festival on Sat 6th Dec 2025 for a special Meet Santa Sessions
We welcome you to join us at the Heworth Community Centre for a jolly good time. Get into the festive spirit with fun crafting activities, refreshments from Heworth Women's Institute, Charity Tombola by the SPAR, and of course, a chance to meet the man in red. Bring the whole family along for an afternoon filled with joy and Christmas cheer. Don't miss out on this magical event!

Please arrive 5 minutes before your time slot. Before and after you have seen Santa, you are free to enjoy the rest of our FREE event between 1-4pm in the main hall.
Please note that all people within your party, booking to see Santa, MUST have a ticket (this is due to room capacity and to ensure it is a memorable event for all and not too busy).
A Chocolate Selection box will be issued to each child who has booked to see Santa.
Please email us at clerk@heworthwithoutparishcouncil.gov.uk should you require an allergen free or non-food item as a gift, or if you have any other questions or queries relating to this event. Finally, please ensure that everyone visiting Santa has a ticket (including parents and carers.
Please present your party to the meeting room door 5 minutes before your session commences.
